Prayer 1 “I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow. So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow.” (1 Corinthians 3:6–7, NIV). Thank God for the birth of Flourish Church and pray for its growth and development.
Prayer 2 “Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”” (Matthew 9:37–38, NIV). Pray for workers willing to join the Tinshu family in the gospel ministry.
Prayer 3 “Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains.” (Colossians 4:2–3, NIV). Pray for open doors in the community for the gospel to be heard and believed.
Prayer 4 “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19–20, NIV). Pray for true life transformation and the making of committed disciples of Christ through the ministry of Flourish Church.
Prayer 5 “But if serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD.”” (Joshua 24:15, NIV). Pray for Genesis and his family as they lead this new work.
Prayer 6 “Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my Father in heaven. And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.” (Matthew 16:17–18, NIV). Pray that the gates of Hades will not prevail against Flourish Church.
Prayer 7 “Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.” (2 Corinthians 9:7–8, NIV). Pray for dedicated financial and prayer partners.
