Prayer Room – June 2023

1.   Thank God for Jesus Christ who died to take away the sin of the world, including mine and yours.
2.   Pray that through the work of Flourish Church, large numbers of people who are now lost will find Jesus Christ.
3.   Pray that the mission of Flourish Church which is to empower people to flourish by finding and following Jesus will be a reality according to God’s schedule.
4.   Pray for a clear discipleship path that actually helps people follow Jesus.
5.   Pray that large numbers of people will understand and enter into God’s plan for their lives, which is the true meaning of flourishing in God.
6.   Pray for launch day, Sunday, July 30 at 1:00 PM, that all will go as planned for Jesus’ glory. Pray against interruptions.
7.   Pray for strength and grace for all those working behind the scenes to make that day happen and happen well.
8.   Pray that the Lord will build a strong leadership team for Flourish Church.
9.   Pray that the Lord will burden many believers to pray for Flourish Church.
10.        Pray against the gates of Hades fashioned towards Flourish Church. Pray that they will not Prevail. Jesus said he will build his Church and the gates of Hades will not prevail against it.
11.        Thank God for current donors and pray that the Lord will provide financially for the work of Flourish Church.
12.        Pray for Genesis Tinshu for grace, wisdom, strength, and vision as he shoulders most of the work of Flourish Church at this beginning stage.

Upper Room – May 2023

Please pray for/with us:

  1. That God will open doors for the gospel to spread among the African Diaspora in DFW Metroplex with the result of many saved, discipled, and trained to make disciples. (Col. 4:3-4)
  2. For divine provision, health, and provision for the Tinshu Family. (Psalm 91:1-7)
  3. For wisdom, godly servant-leadership, humility, and faith for Genesis as he leads this effort. (1 Kings 3:1-15)
  4. That God will hold back the forces of evil that are working to frustrate this effort. (Eph. 6:12-17)
  5. That God will surround Genesis with godly and dedicated ministry partners who will hold him, his family, and the ministry in prayers regularly. (Phil. 1:3-5)
  6. That God will provide dedicated financial partners who are burdened to see disciples made and Jesus glorified among the African Diaspora in the DFW Metroplex. (Phil. 4:19)
