Snow Soccer Teams

Set up and take down electricity
- Roles
  - 1 person connects 2 extension cords from clubhouse to tennis court. 1 cord dedicated to the clubhouse, the other for snow cone machine and PA system
  - 1 person helping tape cords to the ground or wall

Register kids and parents as they arrive
- Roles
  - 1 person writes their name on a name tag, writes their name on the attendance sheet, and gives each kid 10 tickets.
  - 1 person puts the name on the kid (male on male, female on female). Adults put their name tag themselves
  - 2 persons (from the adult engagement team) write down adult contact info for follow-up and find out if they have any needs or projects they need help with.
  - 1 person ensures kids are in line.

Manage bounce house activities
- Roles
  - 1 person ensures only a certain number of kids are inside the bounce house at a time (5 minutes)
  - 2 persons ensure that each kid using bounce house is in line and has a ticket

Sign up kids for our soccer programs at Hope Field
- Roles
  - 1 person informs kids about upcoming soccer program at Hope Field
  - 1 person signs up interested kids using soccer sign-up sheet

  - Invite them to sign up to volunteer during the next outreach event.
