- Minor Soft-Tissue Injuries: Abrasions, burns, cuts, scrapes, and minor bleeding.
- Musculoskeletal Bumps & Sprains: Minor joint sprains (ankles/wrists), muscular strains, and blunt impact bruises (e.g., collision or soccer ball impact).
- Environmental & Heat Issues: Dehydration, mild heat exhaustion (dizziness, heavy sweating), sunburn, and bug bites during outdoor Texas activity.
- Minor Medical Discomforts: Mild headaches, nosebleeds, or minor blisters on feet.

- Wound Cleaning & Dressing: Assorted adhesive bandages (various sizes/shapes), sterile gauze pads, elastic roller wraps (ACE bandages for joint support), athletic tape, antiseptic wipes, antibiotic ointment, and blister pads/moleskin.
- Tools & Protection: Non-latex disposable gloves, medical shears/scissors (to cut tape or socks), tweezers (for splinters/debris), and instant cold packs (crucial for soft-tissue impacts).
- Hydration & Relief: Electrolyte powder packets, hydrocortisone cream (for bites/rashes), and petroleum jelly. (Note: Avoid distributing oral medications like ibuprofen or acetaminophen to minors without direct parental consent).
- Emergency Protocol (911 Escalation)
- For any of the following serious conditions, the team must immediately contact 911 while keeping the person calm and motionless:
- Loss of consciousness, suspected concussion, or altered mental state.
- Head, neck, or spinal trauma (do not move the individual).
- Suspected bone fractures or severe joint dislocations.
- Severe bleeding that does not stop with direct pressure.
- Signs of severe heat stroke (confusion, absence of sweat, high body temperature) or severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis).
- For any of the following serious conditions, the team must immediately contact 911 while keeping the person calm and motionless:

- Setup & Station Management: Arrive early to establish a central, easy-to-find hospitality station and set up trash/recycling receptacles.
- Warm Welcome & Check-In Support: Greet volunteers as they arrive, guide them to restrooms or storage areas, and set a positive, welcoming tone.
- Proactive Monitoring: Walk around the event space to check on volunteers who cannot easily leave their stations to grab water.
- Special Needs & Dietary Oversight: Monitor food safety, handle special dietary requests (gluten-free, vegetarian, allergies), and manage the pizza delivery timing.
- Tear-Down & Cleanup: Clear away food waste, pack up leftover supplies, dispose of trash, and ensure the hospitality area is left clean.
